Egypt Al-Khair Foundation honored, today, Tuesday, the participants in the diploma of development and management of financial resources for civil organizations, in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University, where the number of 50 graduates for the diploma was honored batch 2021/2022 and 2022/2023
The Misr Al-Khair Foundation offers in cooperation with the College of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University, subscribing to the diploma as a full grant for workers in private organizations, and it is launched annually as an educational scholarship without the learner bearing any fees and according to the conditions and standards of the Misr Al-Khair Foundation, and the number of grants provided is 39 students in a batch 2023/2024 current
Dr. Marwa Beltaji, Undersecretary of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science for Graduate Studies, said that the importance of diploma works in its provision of the opportunity for workers in the state and organizations to implement the scientific rules applied in the world, which was supported by the Misr Al-Khair Foundation.
For her part, Dr. Nora Obaid, a professor at the College of Economics and Political Science, confirmed that the graduation of two batches of the development and management of financial resources for civil organizations, is a dream that is achieved in order to implement the highest scientific systems applied in the countries of the world in developing and managing institutions resources.
in the context, Dr. Mohamed Rifai, CEO of the Misr Al-Khair Foundation, said that the Foundation's interest in human development comes as a reason for the developmental Egypt Foundation in society, indicating the institution's interest in cooperation with scientific academies in launching specialized professional diplomas in multiple areas of the work of civil organizations, from Including this diploma, which aims to qualify workers in civil organizations in Egypt on the field of resource development.
And about the role of the Arab Center for the Sustainability of the National Action, Dr. Mohamed Rifai explained that it is a vital and effective role for developing minds to interact in creating the same that can manage civil society effectively and strongly, stressing that the role of the Egypt Good Foundation will not end when students are graduated from the diploma but rather extends to help students implement their ideas from projects.
Dr. Mohamed Rifai added that the Misr Al-Khair Foundation is concerned with the extension of the work of the Arab Center for the sustainability of civil action not only at the level of Egypt but at the Arab level, through 4 specialized technical units, each in its field and all these units are intertwined, so that they can contribute to improving the work environment of the civil organizations.
While, Dr. Mohamed Mamdouh, head of the Program of Development of NGOs at the Misr Al-Khair Foundation, said that one of the activities of the Arab Center for the Sustainability of National Action is a contribution to increasing the effectiveness of civil organizations, and the volunteer movement in Egypt, noting that the development of resources is considered the nerve of civil organizations and without resources. Real to sustain the work of organizations, which prompted the Misr Al -Khair Foundation to create a special diploma with the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University, to qualify workers in private organizations in the field of resource development.
Dr. Muhammad Mamdouh noted that the importance of the diploma lies in creating and the presence of a strong and effective civil society, for the sustainability of civil action, explaining that the Misr Al-Khair Foundation is in the direction of transferring the diploma of development and management of financial resources to a master's degree soon.
It is granted a professional diploma in managing and developing financial resources for governmental and non-governmental organizations and institutions, international and regional institutions, donor and companies with social responsibility by Cairo University after the approval of the Council of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science.
